What are the dates of the conference?

The conference is scheduled from Wednesday, August 4th, 2010 through Sunday, August 8th, 2010.

Will I be able to get a registration refund if I register and cannot make the conference?

After May 1, 2010, registration fees are non-refundable, yet are transferable between individual parties.

Will I be able to get a reduced registration price if I register and can only make part of  the conference?

Conference fees will not be prorated if a person registers and is not able to attend the entire conference.

How much spending money will I need for the conference?

You will probably need about $100 for food throughout the conference and may want to bring $100 for spending money.  It’s typical at the national conference to have a great selection of fraternity and sorority paraphernalia, books and crafts.

What if I am not a member of Alpha Lambda Omega or Gamma Phi Delta, can I still attend the conference?

Yes!  There are some session designed solely for members of each organization, but there are many open sessions for everyone.

Who qualifies for the which rate?

If you are not enrolled as a full-time student after December 31, 2009, you will qualify for the Standard Rate.  If you are enrolled as a full-time student, including graduate students, after December 31, 2009, you will qualify for the Student Rate.   If you are planning to attend the conference with your husband or wife, then you all would qualify for the Married Couples Rate.
